Delivery
Your order will be processed once the payment has been cleared. We have a 14 day delivery policy but we will aim to send items within 7-10 working days. If you need an item sooner, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your deadline.
A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the order has been made.
Refunds & Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Anne Taylor Designs. However, if an item is faulty, we will refund any Royal Mail 1st Class return postage costs. Please return your product within 14 days by 1st Class Royal Mail (enclosing a note describing any faults and/or damage) in its original condition and packaging, and send to:
